How to connect

Three steps: from power-on to the first record in your system.

Power up, join the network

The gateway joins the shop LAN and finds devices on the same subnet — up to 255 per unit. Nothing about the machines’ existing network has to change.

Pick the protocol, connect the machines

Choose the adapter per brand (22 control systems, Fanuc, Siemens and Mitsubishi among them). CNC, PLC and robots all terminate in one gateway.

Subscribe, start building

Your system consumes standardized data over MQTT subscriptions, HTTP pulls or MODBUS mapping. Writes — programs, tool offsets — go through the two-way API.

Put machine data in front of your AI tools

Machine state, alarms, OEE and output are exposed through the API, so an LLM can query live shop-floor data to answer. Over the past six months this has become the main reason teams buy a gateway.

The MCP server for the gateway API is released. v1 ships four read-only query tools — machine state, alarms, OEE and output — installable in mainstream MCP clients, so an LLM can query live shop-floor data.

FAQ

What people ask before buying.

Can one gateway connect several machines at once?
Yes. As long as the machines and the gateway sit on the same LAN, you need one gateway plus one collection licence per machine. A single gateway holds up to 255 licences, so up to 255 machines at once.
What is a gateway licence?
It works like a software licence, bought per connected machine (5 machines = 5 licences). Editions differ in features, so you pick what the project needs.
Is it hard to run?
No. It is browser-based: put it on the LAN and open it in a browser, with nothing to install or configure. Standardized adapters per brand mean you do not map data points machine by machine — a few steps and you are collecting.
Can we buy one unit first to evaluate?
Yes. A single gateway can be reconfigured to test machines of different brands and models. Use the form below to request a trial, or contact us directly.
Can it integrate with other software?
Yes. HTTP, MQTT, MODBUS and database interfaces are all open at no extra cost, so it connects to any third-party system — and it is the data entry point for your own applications and AI tool chains.
What do I gain from one gateway serving many machines?
Unlike one-box-per-machine designs, the gateway ships with standardized communication software, so a single unit covers every brand on the floor. That removes the commissioning of hundreds of boxes and cuts what maintenance costs later.
